Each Tablet Contains:
Ganoderma lucidum (Reishi) extract 62.5 mg
derived from mushroom (fruiting body) 1 g
Lentinula edodes (Shiitake) extract 250 mg
derived from mushroom (fruiting body) 1 g
Grifola frondosa (Maitake) extract 208 mg
derived from mushroom (fruiting body) 833 mg
Suggested Use
Adults:
3 to 6 tablets daily, or as directed.

Warnings, Cautions And Contraindications

Do not take while on warfarin therapy without
medical advice.
Contraindicated in known allergy to Shiitake and caution
in those with a general sensitivity to mushrooms.
Discontinue 7 days prior to general anaesthesia.
Children under two years of age should not be treated
for symptoms of respiratory tract infections without
medical advice.
If patient symptoms persist, seek additional
professional advice.
