Astragalus membranaceus (Astragalus) extract 1.7 mL
derived from root dry 850 mgEleutherococcus senticosus (Siberian Ginseng) 75 mg
extract derived from min. root dry 750 mg
standardised to contain syringaresinol diglucosides 600 µgEchinacea purpurea (Echinacea) extract 1.3 mL
derived from root dry 650 mg
• Discontinue during any acute infectious illness or mild fever, since the tonic and warming properties of Astragalus and Siberian Ginseng may aggravate the illness.
• The risk of allergic reaction to Echinacea is very small, especially if preparations of the root are used since these are free of pollens.
• Echinacea is contraindicated in patients taking immunosuppressant medication (e.g. transplant patients). Short-term therapy only is suggested in this instance.
• Caution is advised in patients receiving midazolam by injection.
• Children under two years of age should not be treated for symptoms of respiratory tract infections without medical advice.
• Discontinue 7 days prior to general anaesthesia.
